Hello, I’m Winifred, and I’m so glad you found your way here.

For over 40 years, I have worked as a psychic medium, offering spiritual guidance through Spirit connection, Oracle, Tarot and Pendulum readings. But Wisdom Within Us has grown into something much more than readings.

At the heart of everything I do is one simple belief:

The wisdom you are searching for is often already within you. Sometimes, you simply need a safe space to hear it.

I wanted to create that space — somewhere you can arrive exactly as you are. Whether you are looking for a little guidance, reassurance, a moment of calm, or  somewhere you feel understood, you are welcome here.

My work is grounded in kindness, honesty and respect. I won't promise to have all the answers, and I will never tell you how you should live your life. My role is to offer guidance while always leaving your choices firmly where they belong — with you.

Wisdom Within Us is also home to my 52 Week Self Love Workbook, created as a year of gentle guidance towards putting yourself back on your own priority list.
